What we collect
To provide stockbroking and advisory services we may collect information including your name, contact details, date of birth, tax file number, bank account details, wholesale investor certification, trading history and holdings information.
How we use it
- To provide execution, advice and reporting services, including establishing and maintaining your portfolio on Sharesight;
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and anti-money-laundering legislation;
- To communicate with you about your portfolio and our services.
Who we share it with
We may disclose your information to our licensee, Barclay Wells Ltd (AFSL 235070); to service providers such as Sharesight and share registries; to your nominated accountant or adviser at your direction; and to regulators where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
